Jennifer is a Human Resources Generalist at The Finance Group, residing in Waterdown, ON. She has a Diploma in Human Resource Management and holds an active membership in HRPA.
In her role, Jennifer provides comprehensive support to our clients, handling diverse HR needs, from administrative tasks such as setting up HRIS systems to overseeing full-cycle recruitment, performance management, and onboarding/offboarding processes. Jennifer thrives on the excitement and challenges that come with the dynamic nature of her work, where no two days are alike. Outside of the office, she embraces her role as a devoted mother to a one- and four-year-old, finding joy in the lively chaos of family life. With eight years of marriage and an energetic labradoodle in the mix, Jennifer brings a perfect blend of professional expertise and personal warmth to the TFG team.
