Melissa Krulick is the Senior Practice & Operations Coordinator at The Finance Group, where she oversees operational processes, coordinates client engagements, and supports the seamless delivery of services. Her focus on organization, efficiency, and execution helps ensure a consistent experience for both clients and team members.
Melissa is passionate about building long-term client relationships and ensuring every engagement is managed with care and precision.
Outside of the Finance Group, Melissa is a franchisee of the highly regarded Fred Astaire Dance Studio. Under her leadership, the studio has been one of North America’s top-grossing sales franchised dance studios for over 15 years. When she’s not working, you can often find Melissa out training toward her goal of completing a full marathon.
