Operations and Systems Support Lead
Ethan Silver is the Systems & Operations Support Lead at TFG. He plays a key role in supporting the internal team by managing systems access, providing technical support, and coordinating internal resourcing and general operations. His work ensures the TFG team has the tools and structure needed to deliver exceptional service to clients.
With a Bachelor of Arts in Business Communications from Brock University, he brings a unique blend of communication expertise and systems process improvement to his role. What Ethan enjoys most is the fast-paced nature of the work and the opportunity to apply both strategic thinking and practical problem-solving across a wide range of contexts.
Outside of work, Ethan is an avid musician who plays in several bands, regularly performing across Canada and the U.S.—a creative outlet that brings energy and joy to both his personal and professional life.
