Director of Operations
Melissa Krulick is the Director of Operations at The Finance Group, where she ensures clients receive the highest level of support from onboarding to ongoing service. She builds strong systems and processes for both the internal team and client-facing work, helping to deliver a seamless and consistently high-quality experience.
Melissa is passionate about building long-term client relationships and ensuring every engagement is managed with care and precision.
Outside of The Finance Group, Melissa is a franchisee of the highly regarded Fred Astaire Dance Studio. Under her leadership, the studio has been one of North America’s top-grossing sales franchised dance studios for over 15 years. When she’s not working, you can often find Melissa out training toward her goal of completing a full marathon.
