Assistant Fractional Controller
Jecon is an Assistant Fractional Controller at TFG. In his role, he supports clients with end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, month-end close, and tailored financial services that empower informed business decisions. A Certified Public Accountant and Juris Doctor, he brings a strong technical and analytical foundation to every engagement.
What he enjoys most about his role is the variety and strategic impact it offers, working with diverse clients across different systems, industries, and challenges. He takes particular satisfaction in helping small and growing businesses bring structure to their financial processes and seeing how improved reporting and visibility drive better decision-making.
Outside of work, Jecon is happily married with two children and enjoys playing basketball, chess, and spending quality time with his family.
