In her role, she provides personalized recruitment support by listening closely to each client’s needs and helping them build strong, well-matched teams through meaningful connections. A member of the HRPA, she is currently pursuing her CHRP designation, bringing a people-first and professional approach to every engagement.
What she enjoys most about her role is building genuine relationships and connecting the right people with the right opportunities. She values learning about new teams and work environments and takes pride in supporting clients and candidates through thoughtful, tailored talent solutions.
Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys traveling—especially to warm destinations with beautiful beaches—discovering new music, and spending quality time with friends and family.
