Nick Martin, CPA, CA
Chief Operating Officer
Nick is the Chief Operating Officer at TFG. In his role, he drives execution, operational excellence, and scalable client delivery across the firm, working closely with Donna and Dorothy to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and consistent results. A CPA and CA, Nick brings over 15 years of Big 4 experience, with deep expertise in accounting, finance strategy, data and technology, and professional services delivery.
What he enjoys most about his role is partnering with clients and internal teams to deliver finance and technology initiatives that create meaningful, measurable value. He takes pride in leading complex engagements and building systems and processes that support sustainable growth across organizations.
Outside of work, Nick is an avid outdoorsman and fisherman who enjoys hiking with his partner Emily, their daughter Moya, and their chocolate lab, Cooper and casting a line whenever he can.
