A seasoned leader with over two decades of experience, Donna brings clarity, focus, and energy to every stage of growth. Her leadership is grounded in building exceptional teams, nurturing strong client relationships, and creating scalable systems for success. Since co-founding the firm with Dorothy Zubel in 2022, she has helped guide its expansion into a 40+ person team of financial professionals. In addition to shaping the firm’s future, Donna leads recruitment and sales efforts — ensuring The Finance Group continues to attract top talent and deliver high-impact results. She lives in Stouffville with her husband and three children, where she balances entrepreneurial drive with family life.
