Jennafer is a Fractional Controller at The Finance Group. She is based in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Jennafer enjoys helping her clients with process improvement, software implementation, integration, and maximization, and identifying new technologies that help to streamline a business. She has extensive experience in budgeting, forecasting, working capital management, and financial analysis. She has 12 years’ experience in full-cycle accounting, with 8 years working in a progressive role where she navigated extremely rapid growth, numerous system implementations, departmental structuring and restructuring, and constant change management. When Jennafer isn’t working, you can find her camping with family, exploring new places, or reading a good book.
