We’re proud to announce that as of August 2026, the Finance Group is now a WBE Canada-Certified Women Business Enterprise.

We’re looking forward to the opportunities this certification creates to connect with other Women Business Enterprises (WBEs), corporations, and government organizations and bring our financial expertise to a broader network of businesses and partners. 

This is also a proud milestone for our Co-Founders, Dorothy Zubel and Donna Gliha, who built the Finance Group (tFG) to help business leaders transform finance from a reactive, compliance-driven function into a proactive, insight-led discipline that delivers greater clarity, confidence, and peace of mind. 

That vision extends beyond the work we do with clients. Dorothy and Donna have also been committed to breaking down barriers for women in finance and creating opportunities for the next generation of leaders to thrive in a more innovative and inclusive industry.
