Danielle is a Human Resources Generalist at The Finance Group, residing in Waterdown, Ontario. In her role, she supports clients through full-cycle recruitment, policy and procedure work, HR administration, employee engagement, and performance management. Danielle is also an active member of HRPA. What she enjoys most about her role is making a positive impact on employees and the organization, as well as the variety of tasks she handles daily. On a personal note, Danielle has two daughters, a spouse, and a dog, and they enjoy camping and traveling together as a family.
