Jaclyn de Jong is a Fractional CFO at the Finance Group with nearly 20 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting. She partners with business owners and leadership teams to strengthen their finance functions, improve financial visibility, and turn financial information into practical insights that support better decision-making.

Jaclyn has extensive experience working with professional services firms, as well as organizations across manufacturing, logistics, retail, and technology. Her expertise includes financial strategy, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management, financial reporting, process improvement, internal controls, and building scalable finance operations. She is passionate about developing strong finance teams and enjoys coaching and mentoring finance professionals as they build their skills and confidence.

Outside of work, Jaclyn enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and stepson, including family camping trips and Blue Jays games. In her downtime, she enjoys reading, puzzles, binge-watching a great TV series, and seeing a good movie.
